The online order

When you send the order, the details you entered go straight into the EliteTrans order system as a transport request: the names, phones, addresses and emails of the sender and the recipient, who pays for the transport, the person ordering if it is not the sender, plus the number of parcels, the preferred collection date, their weight and description. The team uses them to call you, confirm the price and the collection day, schedule the collection and delivery and organise the runs. A request the team does not accept stays in the system, marked as not accepted. No payment details or identity documents are needed.

The form keeps what you entered in the memory of the current browser tab, so you do not lose the steps if you reload the page. After confirmation, the tab keeps the order number and the tracking link until you close it or choose “Send a new order”. The order is sent only when you press “Send the order”. Searches for address suggestions are described below.

To stop automated requests, the form uses the Cloudflare Turnstile check. For it, your browser connects to Cloudflare, which receives technical data about the browser and the connection, for example the IP address. The site's server keeps the IP address of your connection for a short time and passes it to the order system together with transport requests and address searches, only to limit the number of requests from the same address.

Address suggestions

When you search for a place, a postcode or a street in the form, the text you search for goes through the site's server to the EliteTrans system. Searches for places and postcodes use the address catalogues. For street suggestions, the system may send Google Places the street text, the place and the country, and for a UK postcode, the postcode. The name, phone, email and the separate field for building and flat are not sent with this search. Google processes the searches under its privacy policy. You can choose “Enter it manually” to stop the automatic searches and fill in the address yourself.

The tracking link

After sending, you receive the order number and a tracking link. Anyone who has the link sees the number, the status, the collection and delivery places, the number of parcels and the dates of the steps. The link does not show names, phones, addresses, the price or photos, and its page is not indexed by search engines and does not pass the link to other sites. If you lose the link, you can find it again with the order number and the sender's or the recipient's phone.

WhatsApp messages and the phone

For freight, removals or refrigerated transport for businesses, the “Ask for a quote on WhatsApp” buttons open the WhatsApp app with a prefilled message that only says which transport you are interested in. The site does not save or read the message: it leaves only when you send it, and WhatsApp processes it under its own terms. Likewise, phone calls do not go through the site. The site counts presses of the WhatsApp, phone and order buttons, and for links to other sites Google Analytics also keeps the link address, for example the WhatsApp link with the prefilled message, which does not contain your data. Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to see how the site is used and which orders and calls come from our ads. On your first visit you choose in the cookie bar: accept all, reject, or choose statistics (Google Analytics) and marketing (Google Ads) separately. Your choice stays saved in your browser and you can change it at any time from “Cookie settings”, at the bottom of the page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the site's Google cookies and the ad click code kept in the browser.

Google cookies are set only with your consent. Without consent, Google still receives cookieless signals: that a page was visited or that a button was pressed, together with the page address. If you reached the site from a Google ad, the address also contains the ad click code. Google uses these signals for aggregate statistics.

If you accepted marketing and send an online order, the email and phone of the person ordering are sent to Google encrypted (irreversibly turned into a code), so that Google Ads can link the order to the ad it came from. Without consent for marketing, they are not sent. The page of a tracking link does not load Google Analytics at all, so the link does not reach Google.
