How the transport works
The Romania–Germany parcel service runs both ways, with collection and delivery at the address. Send us the places and the postcodes so the team can check the route and tell you the booking options.
Prepare each parcel for handling and transport. Use strong packaging, protect fragile items separately and stop them moving inside. Send the weight and dimensions of each parcel, including when you use a suitcase or a travel bag.
What you can send
We carry parcels, luggage and bulky items. For large items, tell us the weight and dimensions before booking, so we can confirm the price and whether we can carry them.
Parcels must be packed properly. Products that need a controlled temperature are declared and packed separately. On every route we offer refrigerated transport at +3…+5 °C and frozen transport at −18 °C, depending on the products and the run booked.
