A few things to check before shipping, from the recipient's address to protecting your goods.
Prepare the details for a quote
Note the country, the place and the postcode for collection and delivery. Add the number of parcels, the weight, the dimensions after packing and a description of the contents.
Choose suitable packaging
Use a strong box without tears. Protect fragile items separately, fill the empty spaces and close the parcel well. The goods should not move inside.
Check the labels and the details
Remove old labels and markings. Check the recipient's name, full address, postcode and phone. Mention any access details that may matter for the delivery.
Confirm what can be carried
Declare fragile or valuable goods. For food, medicines or goods with special requirements, ask for confirmation that they are accepted and of the documents needed before collection, especially for England.
Arrange the collection with the team
Confirm the total quote, the payment terms, the collection date and the estimated delivery. A quote request is not a confirmed booking.
Prices, schedule
and coverage
For shipments over 200 kg we have preferential rates, depending on the route and the quantity. The times are approximate and can be affected by traffic, customs formalities and border checks.
Romania ↔ England
The price is £1.50/kg, with a minimum charge of £40, which includes the first 26 kg.
On shipments Romania–England and England–Romania, £5 per address is added for customs formalities.
Romania ↔ Belgium, Germany, Austria
The price is €1.50/kg, with a minimum charge of €50, which includes the first 33 kg.
Payment and customs formalities
Transport can be paid when the parcels are collected or on delivery. Agree when you pay with the team when the order is confirmed.
You can pay in cash, by card or by bank transfer. Confirm the payment method with the team before the parcels are collected.
Any customs duties owed on the contents of the parcel are not included in the price and are paid separately. We tell you about them, together with the payment methods, when we confirm the order.
For England, the documents and the acceptance conditions are checked according to the contents of the shipment.
Approximate schedule
Romania → England: collection on Tuesday and Wednesday, leaving on Wednesday evening, usually delivered on Friday and Saturday.
England → Romania: collection on Saturday and Sunday, usually delivered on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Romania → Belgium, Germany, Austria: collection on Tuesday and Wednesday, usually delivered on Friday and Saturday.
Belgium, Germany, Austria → Romania: collection on Friday and Saturday, usually delivered on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Where we collect and deliver
Romania: we cover the whole country.
England: we cover about 90% of England's area.

What we carry
We carry parcels, luggage, bulky items and palletised goods. For large items, tell us the weight and dimensions before booking, so we can confirm the price and whether we can carry them.
Parcels must be packed properly. Products that need a controlled temperature are declared and packed separately. On every route we offer refrigerated transport at +3…+5 °C and frozen transport at −18 °C, depending on the products and the run booked.
